The key to success of mid-density townhouse development is accurate positioning and good time control. The most uncertain part of the time control is the town planning application, and the most uncertain part of planning application is those planning requirements need to be judged by human. Based on our research and practices in the past decade, we have developed a set of solutions and strategies to improve the success rate and to maximum the construction area. Furthermore, our design concept is not to avoid the restrictions but to take the advantage of them. In many cases, after responding to the Required Further Information (RFI) from the Council, we got approved for larger construction area. Last but not least, we have applied the high-end residential and commercial design techniques to the townhouse design, which has added value to our townhouse design.
